Practique is one of the leading vendors of Sales Performance Management (SPM) software in Europe. The technology and
its application is a relatively new concept in the UK. Chatterbox
is adept at simplifying complex technology into media issues and making it more accessible for consumer consumption and this
was key to the overall communications campaign for Practique.

The PR campaign was proactive and its role centred on raising awareness and pushing SPM software onto the editorial agenda. By identifying the main business benefits and mapping these onto topical issues, a profile for SPM technology began to take shape within the business press. A 'Thought Leadership' position was created and was developed by writing and seeding opinion pieces and white papers alongside a targeted analyst campaign and finding creative angles into business features.

To complement the media activity Chatterbox provided marketing support; developing content for the website, producing external and internal newsletters, creating email marketing campaigns, webinars and handling events and speaking opportunities.

In the latter half of 2008 Chatterbox was instrumental in devising and advising on both the internal and external communications strategy to press, staff and clients when Practique was acquired and merged with US-based Merced Systems.
